- Don’t listen to reply, listen to understand

- Innovation and Creativity – Does the employee think outside the box?
- Leadership – Is your employee keeping their team motivated and on schedule?
- Communication Skills – Does your employee communicate effectively with you and their co-workers?
- Collaboration and Teamwork – How does your employee work on a team? How is their interaction and contributions to the team?
- Time Management – Does your employee meet deadlines? Can they prioritize tasks?
- Customer experience – Does your employee provide a positive experience to customers?
